Steps:

1. Wash your face, so it is clean and ready to be worked with.

2. Apply a foundation closest to your natural skin tone.

3. Put on some very light colored, natural looking lipgloss.

4. If you want to, you can apply black eyebrow pencil to your eyebrows.

5. Mascara time! Make sure you apply it carefully, so it doesn't look sloppy.If you want to look like Miley, then apply black, if you want to add your own style, use a different color. Make sure it's not too thick.

6. Apply a smoky/or white colored eyeshadow, try not to make it too noticeable.

7. Lastly, you can add blush, usually it should be a peachy or light pink color
